Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son, Justin Dior Combs, are facing new legal trouble as a woman has filed a disturbing lawsuit alleging that the two orchestrated a gang rape after luring her to Los Angeles under the pretense of helping her break into the entertainment industry.
According to TMZ, the woman is being represented by high-profile attorney Tony Buzbee and claims she initially connected with Justin on Snapchat in 2017. The suit alleges that after exchanging revealing photos, Justin offered to fly her to L.A. for the weekend. Upon arrival, she says she was picked up by a driver and taken to a residence in Beverly Hills.
The woman alleges that the following day, she was offered liquor and marijuana, which she believes may have been laced. She claims Justin then encouraged her to take multiple “poppers,” a slang term often referring to inhalant drugs. Later that evening, three masked men allegedly entered the home. According to the lawsuit, one of them was referred to by Justin as “Pops,” whom she claims was Diddy.
She says she was then taken to a bedroom, where she was told, “You better let this happen. Or else.” The woman alleges that the three men then sexually assaulted her over the course of the night and into the next day.
Diddy’s legal team has firmly denied the allegations. In a statement to TMZ, they said, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
This latest legal action adds to a growing list of accusations against the Bad Boy mogul as he continues to face heightened scrutiny in multiple civil cases.
